Health TIPs for myself & others (including YOU)

  • Exercise: Make time for yourself (body & soul)
    • 유산소운동 (Cadio, aerobic exercise): At lest 5+ times per week
    • 무산소운동(Weight training, anaerorobic exercise, 근력운동):
      • At lest 3+ times per week, Each time min 2+ sets (1set=15+ times weight lifting)
      • Planks exercise for 30-60+ seconds
      • Do more stretching to ease your stress and heal your body
  • Diet
    • Try to eat less or none at night or late in the evening
    • More vegetables and nuts yet ensure ample (not too much) meat protein
    • Do occasional intermittent fasting from time to time
    • Drink lots of green tea, milk and water while avoid drinking too much coffee
  • Mental Health
    • Do more reading, learn something new each and every day & exercise more (more cardio, better your brain becomes)
    • Listen to classical music, bossa nova, free style Jazz
  • Sleep tight - No cell phone please, work out hard + Get up early and achieve more in a single day so that you become super tired by the time you are about to go to bed everyday
  • DOs
    • Keey your body temp warm - warm drinks are usually better than the cold ones
    • When cooking, use oil prudently (ex. use water as a makeshift if possible) - Try to boil or steam 
    • Eat & sleep WELL
    • Stay ACTIVE
    • Actively manage stress & negative thoughts, moods in a very timely manner
    • More probiotics & fermented/slow cooked food
    • Brush your teeth more often for your heart & immune system
  • DONT's
    • Laziness
    • Negative thoughts & too much worries
    • Greed
  • Lack of consideration for yourself & others
